Scholarship Description: Each year, the NWTA sponsors four scholarships. The Clark Foster Scholarship is awarded to immediate family members of current dues-paying NWTA members. The NWTA Scholarship is awarded to a graduating NW senior and the NWTA Friend Scholarship is awarded to a student nominated by an NWTA.
These are OUR scholarships! If everyone were to donate $20 per year - just one dollar per paycheck - this fund would be amply endowed.
Please consider signing up the easy, painless way - through Payroll Deduction.
Zoe Giandomenico won the NWTA Scholarship. She will be attending UB in September and majoring in Biotechnology.
Our second winner, Amanda Waliszewski will be attending the University of Rochester and majoring in Nursing.

Like last year, we gave away four scholarships, but had to reduce the dollar amount for each due to our shrinking scholarship account. The Clark-Foster Scholarships were worth $1,000 each and the NWTA Scholarships were given at $500 each. A special thank you to everyone who contributed to the scholarship fund this year. Please contact a building rep if you would like to make a donation or sign-up for payroll deduction. With your help, we can continue offering these scholarships for future students!
